I think this is a maiorina of Margentius.

DN MAGMEN-TIVS PF AVG
VICTOR[IAE DD NN AV]G ET CAE
With the winged victories in the reverse holding a VOT V MULT X inscription. And a I below.

Margentius,-Maiorina

The mintmak looks like LPLC. Perhaps RPLG of Lyon?

But I see no remains of an A behind the head of the emperor. The ones I founs have that A.
What did the A mean? And why VOT V if he only reigned 3 years?

Your mintmark is LPLG and I am assuming that the A is obscured due to wear or a weak strike; but maybe it was never there. Unfortunately, we do not know what the A meant. The VOT V MVLT X is more of an anticipatory vow, versus vows . This was common for Emperors to make vows in the hope that they would have a peaceful rule for the future. Quite a few made these vows and did not live to see them accomplished. There are Latin terms for this-- Vota Soluta (vows fulfilled) and Vota Suscepta (vows undertaken)...so these vows Magnentius made are vota suscepta-- merely undertaken but not fulfilled.

Thank you. Lyon it is, annotated. I can not be absolutely sure but I think the A on this one is missing.

Had thought that the VOT was a payment of a vow fulfilled, by celebrating it in the coin. It this one after the V years. And the MULT would mean that the vow was being renewed, for hoping to rule X years.
So I was wrong in that. Emperors, not only this one, made vows for several dates in the future. Optimists against the evidence of their time

The I under the vows was perhaps some mint control mark. I see different letters, or some times a pillar, in that position.
