As for the Napoleon III coin, you'll have to be more specific - the value will depend on the denomination. In 1855 Imperial France made a wide range of coins, from tiny copper 1 centimes through silver 1 francs up to gold 20 franc coins; lots of denominations, all of them with the emperor's portrait.
Either post a picture or describe all the wording that appears on the coin, and we can have a go at identifying it further. If you can find them, the mintmarks would also assist in giving a value.
