This is a 1907 French Indo-China Twenty Cent coin. The problem I have is that there is no coin of this make from 1907 in my book. Secondly I also can not find the reverse side to match? Please provide any information you can to clarify. Thank you for your time and effort as always!

The strike/cast looks rough. I am not familiar with these coins, but I would not buy it as genuine.

I don't know. Krause does not list a 1907 that I can find either. They do seem to show this obverse/reverse for 1906 and 1908, if I read my book correctly.

I remember seeing another 1907 up for sale a while ago, so maybe it's real but Krause (not being the benchmark of perfection) forgot to list it. Check the weight, it should be 5.4 grams.

Numista seem to agree with the Krause on this one.

I think MathieuMa has already spoken for me, but your posts seem quite offensive to some people. I know you're new, but you should do some searching and stuff before saying it. Be more specific in your responses.

No need to offend you though, anyways avaladivia and nicwinner

It is definitely a fake. There are no reputable sources that list a 1907-A minting. Very odd that someone would counterfeit a nonexistent coin.

Did you check the exact weight or for a small 'Made in China' label?
The privy marks look very bizarre.
Some Chinese fakes picture years that do not exist for the type. Maybe to make it seem even more rare or because of complete lack of knowledge of the counterfeiter?
