1903 Liberty nickel NGC AU Details, Improperly Cleaned
Bought it off ebay for $22.50
The sad news is I meant to bid on an 1883 no cents Liberty nickel by the same seller with the same grade AND with better eye appeal (it was a nice toner!) witch later sold for $19.99

Anyways, here is the coin.

It at least has some eye appeal left on it, a nice coin. Don't have any idea why someone would slab it.

I bought one of the 2015 Eagles for $20. I think I could do better, but they do make nice presents. I have a complete LWH set and I love that image. Walking Liberty! Right up there with the other greats like Saint-Gaudens, and all the lady liberty coins. The most strange the gold eagle indian head/ Liberty with a funny hat. The Indian Head penny and Buffalo nickel are iconic images also. When you see the mint making collector coins in these images it means to me that the originals are going to be popular in years to come. They are popular now. I think they are all undervalued because Baby Boomers finally have the money to collect them. You notice the price of toys and antique cars from the 1950's? I think it is because the Baby Boomer generation is the last generation with money and pensions etc.

Nice hole filer! I have a coin coming in the mails guys/gals. Be ready. It is my most expensive and beautiful coin. The company re used one of the commercials I was in for another year so I randomly got $900 in the mail. I only got 200 for myself, the rest for my future self. Spent some of it on this coin an the rest on junk morgans and a dehumidifier for my safe. Don't get too exited. It is almost nothing compared to your coins. But I love it.

Yep, I guess it is a nice hole filler.....ANACS had it graded as VF20, but, as with all the coins I get in slabs, I cracked it out, and filled a hole. :)

Fair trade? Possibly. That coin is in very bad shape. Still a capped quarter so that is cool.
