Thank you all!! I looked at just about all the DMPLs at the Summer FUN show and only a few were better than this one.. (Most were out of my price range  ) I picked this one and could not be happier!   |

Yes, very true, Kakaratt. I lost Mom in 2010 and Dad in May, and as an only child it's been difficult, to say the least. Fortunately, I've got lots of coin-collecting friends and forum regulars to keep my spirits buoyed :) Of course, expanding your collection is a surefire cure for depression, so... ...I went on a Washington registry bender tonight to finish my 1932-1940 run and bought (all PCGS): 1934 LM MS62 34 MM MS64 34 HM MS65 34 HM MS65 (unattributed in an OGH!!) 34-D HM MS65 35 MS64 35-D MS65 36 MS65 Omaha 36-D AU53 :( The bummer lone AU coin, but MS 36-D = big big $ 36-S MS63 37 MS65 37-D MS65 37-S MS65 38 MS66 38-S MS66 CAC 39 MS65 39-D MS64 OGH 39-S MS65 40 MS66 40-D MS66 Not posting pics for obvious reasons. But...I did get one absolute STEAL tonight. Most of the people I buy from are experienced (and favorited) coin sellers / dealers. But every once in awhile someone will toss up a slabbed coin who buys estate lots or storage units. When that happens, you can sometimes score big on BINs with new listings, especially if you are fast: 1950 Washington quarter - NGC MS67 (old holder) The "princely sum" of $130.00 on a BIN...  Those of you who collect Washingtons might recognize the value gap on that particular date/MM between 66 and 67   Enjoy your evening! Yeah, I was pretty pumped. The cheapest recent sale I could find was still $40 higher. -67 coins are always nice when you can get them cheaper than usual :)
