luvmyCAM Pillar of the Community United States 1483 Posts	Posted 01/12/2020 7:14 pm I have looked for 2 months for this coin in original F12 in my experience the 1878 in F12 and 15 original with no problems is one tough cookie. Not particularly valuable in this grade but the condition and original color won me over. Have lost out on 9 certified examples EF- AU58 and all went at or over book the 2 ANACS coins that went below retail were straight graded but ugly. Its dawned on me the 1878 without problems is a scarce year Fine and higher and a premium is just the facts. Images courtesy of seller. Not in hand yet but have a warm fuzzy about the coin.
