A cell phone should be used for one thing only and that is to take a picture. The picture can then be uploaded to the computer. The image should then be cropped, resized and rotated (if necessary) using the computer's editing program. Then the image should be saved (not save as or save a copy or save to clipboard, just plain save). Once the edited image has been successfully saved it will never change and can then be posted.
