Yeah I was a little annoyed even though it was only $7ish dollars more. I'm going to call them(cc company) this week and ask if its a fee amount or a %. It would be good to know if I ever make a large purchase.

Its only been a week but I'm pretty excited for my first silver bar to arrive. I think anytime I get a little bit of extra/unexpected money, I'm going to buy silver bars. Kind of like a new hobbie I suppose. For example this $166 silver bar I paid for..since then I won $75 at the casino and got $75 in cash for my 30th birthday..so I put both amounts on my credit card to basically pay for the silver. LOL I even started picking up pennies, nickels and dimes that people have dropped. I throw it in a jar and when it adds up to something, who knows maybe there will be enough for a small purchase in silver :)

Check those dimes and quarters too! At least here, quarters and dimes made 1964 and before where made of 90% silver, I'm sure something similar is true for up there in canada

Yeah for Canadian coins I believe it's 1968 and previous. I've found a few coins over the years that were of those dates but its not very often!
