Went to a local coin show yesterday and bought $10.35 worth of Canadian 2017 and 2018 pocket change for $30 US. Sometimes I feel stupid for 'paying' for change, but I realize I do the same thing to get USA change too; and the ones I pay for are always in great condition.

If anyone is curious, the 2017's are: base & 150th nickels; base dime; base, 150th, & 150th coloured quarters; base 50c; base Loon; and 150th & 150th coloured $2 coins.
The 2018 coins are: nickel, dime, quarter, 50c, Loon, and $2.

Time is money and you probably saved a good bit.

Picked up my first Edward VII large cent. I couldn't for the life of me get the lighting right so it kept coming out too grey. I had to edit it as best as I could to get the true color of the coin, though it's a more chocolate brown than this. I really gotta work on that. It has a few rim dings and nicks but I think it's about VF-30 if I've done my homework right.

Thanks jbuck! I'm sort of a perfectionist so I don't like to post pictures I'm not too happy with. Though I can only do so much with what I have.
