Quote: I would love that coin for teaching - but since I missed that auction and it is now your coin - maybe you can send me decent photos of both sides? Sure, When the coin arrives I will take some more pictures of it. Based on the pictures from the auction. What do you think the coin would grade? I posted the link in the grading section, and the census was a EF-45/AU-50. https://goccf.com/t/137397Quote: These are the large cents I got for $.10 each I don't know anything about canadian coins but figured I couldn't go wrong at that price, sorry not the best pic but its the best I could get. Hello friends. This is my first post. I am American, but I collect Canadian coins. I find Canadian coins a better value and, honestly, more beautiful than most US coins. Here are a few of my recent purchases: I haven't had the cent graded yet; I'm hoping it hasn't been cleaned. Anyone know to what the "2005-06 GSA Gold Hoard" provenance refers? I cannot find any info on it.

Quote: How'd you get the moose deal? An ebay listing from California; U.S. ship only; auction ended after midnight C.S.T.; described as 2012 Elizabeth 5 dollar coin listed in the dollar subcategory of Canadian coins. Description said: "Have a Certificate of Authenticity from New York Mint. The Coin is silver and perfectly shiny, even though it looks gold in the photos. (My camera and lighting sucks) This coin is pretty much perfect no damage at all. Awesome."I wondered about the COA from NY Mint...The NewYorkMint.com does have these listed for sale, among others, for a price of $69.95. It must have come from there.
