@Dorado..

You visit the gas station often and obviously use cash... Here on the west coast, we can't do that as filling the car is almost the same as a mortgage payment and nobody carries that much cash

Great finds.

You're lucky if you're finding any 2018 coins. I'm in Toronto and so far, only the loonie has come my way in circulation. It's half-way through the year and I can believe how scarce some of these current-year coins are. They must have been late releasing them.

I just got a 2018 toonie yesterday. I've found the dime and nickel too. Still no quarter or loonie. I haven't found the coloured 2017 coins either.

Had a good day today. Arp'd a 1988 dime, and a 1974 quarter. A 2000 Knowledge twoonie (spender). But the best is a 2009 Women's Hockey quarter coloured. It's in pretty good shape, so must of just hit circulation. A hard one to find these days.

I have gotten another 4 2018 loonies over a week or so. Time to start spending them soon too.

I've found 2018 nickels, dimes, quarters, and loonies. Still on the lookout for 2018 toonies.

I also just found a 1957 nickel.

Found a 2018 nickel from Tims and I saw it while I was there so I asked if they had more, and they let me buy a wrapped roll from them.
