Ok, for those of you following the drama at home, I took the collection to a Numismatics cert broker today. We went through what I had and got some good info. All in all the broker was upfront and seemed honest, but the offer I got was about 70% below what I had figured. I think I may have over estimated some things, but I think I can get more selling it piece by piece. At least over time. The broker stated the interest coin collecting is declining and a lot of what I had was not really in demand. So I guess we shall see.

Thanks again for everyones help. I will be bumping around and if anyone on here is interested in anything let me know I will give you guys first shot!

Yea thats pretty much what is expected from those offers. Collecting isn't really declining but prices are at the moment with the down economy. Better time to be buying then selling but your best bet is certainly to piece out the more valuable coins
