I suspect the die sinker might have known what he was up to there...that inscription should say 'INCORPORATED BY ACT OF PARLIAMENT' - yours says 'INCORPORATED BY ACT OF PARLOURMENT' - a bit of a jab at Westminster, I suspect. They also mispell 'CAMAC' on the back.

I have an example with the proper obverse (1792, Parliament) to compare, but mine is muled with a Shakespeare portrait on the other side:

Thanks JB I forgot 1 1939 Brass threepence. One of the harder dates to find in high grades. Personally it's equally as scarce as the 1948.
