@ shopaholic,
I'm assuming that that's just a piece of dust on the holder, or from the scan.

Can't say I've seen an SP-70 before. I also wouldn't even dream of paying a premium. Its a collectors coin, so if everyone sent theirs in there would be bound to be a few in 70 condition.

@tocoins:

I bet someone bought it from a company who got a bunch of these coins & graded them & or had them graded & are now selling the better ones for a profit. The polar bear "20 for 20" is a great looking coin, but not worth 80 bucks, let alone the 30 dollars for shipping a slabbed coin!

@aardspeed, I am curious how often these coins get top grades. If every other one gets, it is just silly to pay that much.

How does the grading system works? Do they charge you by the coin? So if you have 100 coins for them to grade, you send them all in to them? Anyone ever sent in their coins? Who are the top companies that does this procedure? And what are their websites?

@Panda: I'm curious, why is it that you brand so many coins "losers" simply because they don't instantly go up in value? Do coins have no other attributes on which to judge them than immediate resale value?

I know this is a late post, but just received mine today. Not RCMs fault, I had them mailed home and my wife sent them to me. I think they're nice and worth $20.
