I apologize for jumping the gun here but I don't watch this space every day and surely will miss the appropriate time to show this coin. My only Macrianus is AE24 from an alliance of Nicaea and Byzantium. There are no common coins of Macrianus but this is not a high value item because it is so crude and ugly. I've seen worse. The dealer I bought this from called the reverse wicker torches. Sear Greek Imperials 4731 lists conical baskets with corn. I don't know. If you have an opinion, feel free to educate me. I bought the coin largely because I was impressed by the good fortune of the few remaining letters of the legends included the ruler's name so clearly.
