The large dent to the left of her neck is distracting. I would give it an AU-55.

@ legouge the mark near her neck is exaggerated due to the large pic..in hand it is a tiny mark... Being the only issue on the coin I doubt it would be a factor in the grade

MS 60 or,2 OZ of platinum. Very desirable historic coin.

That mark will factor into the grade of this coin. If it were a VG or less coin with that mark, then it wouldn't.

IMO, if sent to CCCS/ICCS: AU-55 but net graded to AU-50 for that mark in the field. PCGS would probably slab it AU-55.

Both coins are great looking coins. Thanks for sharing. There's no coin I enjoy seeing more than a mint state Victorian half. IMO they are the true jewels of Canadian coin collecting. With the mark in the field and the light wear on some details, I think the coin will certify AU50. Still a great example.
