It's in the Pre-order phase for MC members.... so both of the set should be available on April 2nd (1 week after MC release). I hope this help.

The April release coins are being overshadowed by the glass butterfly & the moon mask.

From a coin point of view, the Commemorative Set is a subset of the Special Uncirculated set so you only need both if you want the different folders.
