The eye looks like the top of a Robertson flat-head screw... probably #3...

Picked up my Eagle's today from the Post Office (missed delivery yesterday).
I really like this coin. So much nicer than the Mint's pics. The side inscription is really a nice touch too.
Can't wait to see the others in this series.
