...Extremely difficult without the reverse legend. (still not easy)... My first thought when I saw this Damajadasri III as Satrap, but since it can't be that then statistics say it is most likely ...Vijayasena 164 SE (approx 242 AD)

You have got it Anoob! The Saka date was 170SE = 248AD.   Obv: Bust of Vijayasena with Saka date (170SE = 248AD), corrupted Greek legend "IIVIIOIIOCVII" or similar Rev: 3-arched hill with river and sun, Bramhi legend "Rajno Mahakshatrapa Damasenasaputrasa Rajno Mahakshatrapa Vijayasenasa"
