Probably a $5 note from 1925--back in the 70s.

Considering the fact that I've pulled thousands of silver and other old coins from circulation in the last few years, I'm no longer surprised by anything, but congrats - you are doing very well!

I realized that there are a huge number of valuable coins in circulation. I think that the digital currencies that we hear about these days were inspired by previous coins and monetary systems. Certainly, both is/will pay a vital role in our economy.

When I was on register at my job for 2 years, I'd say I found about 3 or 4 silver quarters and about 2 or 3 silver dimes, I'm no longer on register and I wouldn't know who hor how to ask if they will let me rummage through all the loose change in the drawers just to see if there is any silver

canadian 25 cent "shinplaster" from 1900 would be my most impressive find. I was doing charity work with my school and it was one of the donations. since the donation was marked at face value, I swapped it with a current quarter.
its in pretty bad shape so its only worth a couple bucks. still a neat find though
