The odd one out is Yuan Feng (.豐). Fisher's Ding (FD) 970, I'll get the Hartill number when I get home tonight.

Ok, it's H 16.233, small tong. He rates it at R9, on a 0-16 rarity scale with 0 being nearly unique and 16 being so common you can't walk around the corner without tripping on one. So yours is somewhere in the middle.
Yuan De (1119-1126, H 18.95)(W. Xia Dynasty, 1032-1227) has the Yuan . in top position, De 德 in bottom position. I have one floating around somewhere if you want to see a pic.
