What do you guys think of the toning, is it attractive or no?

It's recent, quite possibly developing after a (successful) dip, and probably wouldn't make it past a TPG. That "splotchy" look is not a natural toning pattern, nor is toning inside devices.

Darn you are good SuperD.
It is new toning, taped it to my sons window in his room which has a humidifier and lots of sun. Original coin is somewhere on this site but can't seem to find it. Was just trying an experiment

Well, if it were blast white to begin with - meaning it's been nicely preserved against atmospheric effects for its' whole life, not unreasonable for a Morgan - I could see it toning by the same pattern without a dip. That's what a "successful" dip does - it strips enough of the surface to leave raw, pristine metal without removing so much as to kill luster.

The coin will grade fine if it's not overdipped or cleaned... that toning neither adds anything nor takes anything away.

I have to disagree. No_way I give a pass to a Morgan toned like that.

If the OP wishes, I can submit it for him on my next shipment to PCGS, as long as he covers the fees.
