I like the second set of images better; looks more like a normal Morgan with a bit of patina hazing the surface. The only way to describe an overdipped coin - and an overdipped one is the only dipped coin you'll ever know was dipped - is kind of like a scanned image plus the barest hint of luster. Some of your first images have that look but the second set is reassuring.

It's unlikely there is anything on this coin that acetone will help. It won't hurt to use, but requires careful handling. We discuss it with great frequency, and a Forum Search will bury you under relevant results

It doesn't look like a weak strike so that is pretty much compression in the hair over the ear which means at least reasonably circulated. You might get an MS grade but I'd lean more towards AU58.
Are you submitting it to a TPGer to get a result?

I might pcgs it on the next go around but I think I may give it an acetone dip fist. If I do, I'll post pics to see if u guys think it did any good.

The latest picture is a bit more promising. I'd say slider equal chance at AU-58 or MS-63. Acetone dip won't make any difference.
