I have found about 12 non-coloured ones and 3 coloured in pocket change. I asked at a lot of banks but couldn't find a roll.

The few rolls that I searched looking for a nice one all showed the black ink is pretty consistent. But one of the coins that came for me in the five pack is missing most of its black colour.

I'd like to determine if the coin is an oddball. Have you seen lots with the black colour faded or missing

Well now you've got me looking and I notice the level of shading of coins in my 5-pack is inconsistent as well. One is much like yours, with no shading on the white area and only a couple of lines on the right red side. Possibly that makes it common. I recall the mint delayed releasing the 25c because of production problems, possibly that was why.

You got me looking too. I have two sets, and while none of them are as faded as that coin on the left, they are noticeably inconsistent with the black shading in both sets.
