I had been asking at all of my pick up banks for rolls, and nobody had any. I finally found 5 at a bank last week.

I have to admit, I spend too much time checking Canadian Coin and Currency's prices. But they are now selling the circulation pack for $19. My prediction of $20 is getting very close to reality.

Yeah it's pretty crazy! I think the new batch of quarters ships in September. I'm still waiting on my collector card to come in the mail.

I received the shipping notice as well. RCM must be stepping up production because it's a month ahead of the date indicated it would be filled. Perhaps they intend to finish off with the Flag and soon begin releasing the other 2015 commemorative 25c (and toonie) -- Lieutenant-Colonel John McCrae writing In Flanders Fields and the Remembrance Poppy -- before the years out. http://gazette.gc.ca/rp-pr/p2/2015/...s153-eng.php |
