macmercury Pillar of the Community United States 5833 Posts	Posted 09/12/2015 06:17 am Minor scuff marks on the obverse, would grade MS-64 all day long, with MS-66 appearance. It also may have a quick dipped once and toned back that way, I noticed the hazy spots on the reverse. Too common for TPG without the center band.
