Quote: I stopped by at a bank in a town near me and one of the tellers said that another teller had a few "big dollars." I will have to come back later when that teller is here. This bank usually has good stuff - I've gotten a silver proof half from here before. Good luck and let us know what you get.

I got into an old box today from my paper route days, found a roll of Ikes, all bicentennial. I vaguely remember putting them in the plastic holder while sorting coins with my mom.

No, I won't check the 22 Ikes for varieties or errors. They were really trashed. The worst I've seen in the +\- 1,000 Ikes I've searched. I started spending them late yesterday after I picked them up on my bank run.

D555, thanks for the information. I picked up $125 in Ikes from a bank today, so I'll look for the "straight leg on the R" (without the serif).
