Following is an update to what happened in the past six weeks; based on gold futures report. And a possible path of gold price, for the rest of this year.

Well, the point is, would you rather have "some" gold or no gold?

I would rather have "some" gold then a bunch of charts that may or may not mean anything.

Watch out for the start of hyperinflation!

There are differences with today's situation. The globally interconnected economy and the world reserve currency are fundamentally different now vs then. The main message of the comparison, however, is this: monetary inflation results in price inflation and currency erosion. It starts slowly and is not visible for a long period of time; it accelerates and gets out of control "all of a sudden."

Weekly Gold Futures Report:

http://www.cftc.gov/files/dea/cotar...lf110315.htm

Producer and Swap dealer have been covering their short position by quite a bit; and of course this Friday they probably would have reduced their shorts even further.

However, the Swap dealer's short-to-long ratio is still quite high; it will take several weeks for this ratio back to parity. Until then, buying physical is NOT recommended.

Today's gold COT report showed that the recent selloff might have reached an end; since Banksters' are NET LONG on gold now. We're approaching an interim bottom; if not THE BOTTOM.
