I need to figure out a way to catalog everything. Any good sites or programs for that?

I just use an excel spreadsheet. It sounds like you have a lot of coins to catalog. Part of your catalog should be grades and approximate values. You can post photos for members to help you evaluate this part and you can also use the following links for grading http://www.PCGS.com/photograde/ and approximate value http://www.numismedia.com/fmv/fmv.shtml and I stress approximate value. Most of all have fun with this..
