Good work bobby.
There is no way the seller did not know it was counterfeit,
especially after it was returned the first time.
Also I had informed the seller before it sold the first time that
it was fake but he just ignored it.
Looking through some of his Neutral and Negative feedback,
it's not the first time he sold a fake item.

It's already done nickelsguy. Account manager and Rick Probstein canceled the sale yesterday.

I've reported several sellers in the past for fake silver and received a refund but it seems their still selling the same wares the next day or have multiple accounts with a slight variance in the name. I'm glad your sharing this.
