Not cleaned but if you look at the original obverse pic above, you can see some small lines that I would describe as "cabinet friction". I took the following pic with my cell phone in ambient light in my house. Luster does not show well without the bright light though. At $63.00, I thought it a nice coin to own.

At $63, it was a heckuva deal for a nice coin to own!

Hairlines do NOT necessarily mean that a coin has been cleaned. Hairlines can result natually from circulation friction or cabinet friction.

OK finally able to take pics that to me shows the actual condition/color of the coin. Although the LM-12 re-cut of "OF" is pretty dramatic, it is the more common variety.
