I take it that "My VF" is a 1926-D nickel and not one from the 1930s which can come nice.
According the Q. David Bowers from his book A Guide Book of Buffalo and Jefferson Nickels, "Some 1926-D nickels are almost completely flat on the reverse." This coin might be way graded, but I tend to doubt that it is less than AU on the reverse.
I would not condemn this coin from a picture, but the one thing I would say is that better struck examples are available and are worth more, probably much more, than this piece.
