There is doubling on your coin, but it's not from the image being doubled on the die.
Doubling like this is caused during the strike, is common, and doesn't add any value to the coin.

No I don't mind how did you blow them I have some other pictures I would like to blow up...not really seeing either

I Just trimmed out what I didn't want, then Scaled up the rest. Photo processing software usually has a "Scale" tool...I use Gimp 2 for photo processing, which allow you to scale images up or down.

Do an internet search fro Gimp 2. It is freeware.

BTW... To the CCF.

Ill keep looking but the funny thing is all he had was 1982's in that cup I have about 30 of them

Steady hand,clean lense,single light source and a loupe should be all you need and practice. I also use the 'ollo clip' app free version I love it and has a macro setting
