I had the 3 1946 dimes.  But as I had no pictures of the reverse, I was waiting for 3 hours to play this one, but then 2 large package of coins arrived, and I got distracted.   As for the 1899 1 franc, go fish. It's been over 8 hours though, so I will play this one... 1944 with large C, die II.
