Looking forward to the next challenge, although I am a little bummed I missed on the die crack opportunity.

Looks like I missed a potentially big mess.

You just posted a coin in the last round.

Quote:
On scoring, lets say 10 points for a double clipped anything coin/token/medal, 5 points for a single clipped coin. Minor rim clips, 2 points I suppose.
These points can become cumulative, so highest also wins.

If my thinking is correct, that is a post as many as you can round.

I say jbuck has to go next round

I posted in the clip round, not the die crack round.

Rules violation aside, Trig declared mrwhatisit the winner so mrwhatisit has got next.

Failing that, I will present something, but only after allowing our quasi-legitimate winner have a go.

To be clear, we are in between rounds. Mrwhatisit has an opportunity to create the next challenge. If this does not happen I will present a new challenge tomorrow.

Not to worry, jbuck, I got an idea...

Ok, I have a straightforward one for you all:

Post your lowest ball low grade coin, American or foreign; it will be whomever has a legit PO-01, and can be certified or raw coin. If you post a PO-01 dollar coin of any era, yow win the round! Runners up can be any other denomination or a foreign coin.

This is my legit best lowball, a SBA dollar, probably 1979-P in PO-01 condition...

This way we don't have to upload multiple pictures, your best one will do.

Oh yeah, I should say we can go at least 2 days with this...

West African States, 250 francs, 1996 (the date is worn off but can be identified by the bee privy mark, which is still visible near the 0).
I estimate a FR-2 grade, but could be lower.

I believe I've posted this coin here before. I don't see a lot of bimetallic lowballs; in fact as far as I can recall I've only ever seen one other bimetallic coin that was even close to a lowball state, also a West African States coin but a 200 francs (the type that replaced this one).

I have some 1860s British pennies that are far more worn, but hadn't taken any pics, so the 250 francs it is (for now anyway).

Awesome Sacagawea dollar! I've got an 1923-S Peace that's very worn (AG-3 or lower) but not as much as this 250 francs.

Probably doesn't qualify, since it can't be dated.

PO-01 might be too high for this one.

1860 UK penny.

I have an idea, Be it good or bad.
But I still think jbuck should go next round. If not so, be it

I think this is a 1872. UK penny (I see a 2 coin in hand, But it may be a 9)
