Ooh, nice ones! Arkie races to the front of the pack, a Theresa 1 Thaler restrike! (I think?). Joseph7420, I must give a half point too in naming the original weird edged coin a "squircle"! Needed a laugh, getting stomped in my auctions so far today! Arkie 4 pts! Spence 1.5 pts! John7420 1.5 pts! See it isn't that hard!

Is Austria part of Poland? From the late 1700s until the end of WWI, Poland did not exist as a country. It was divided among the Russian, German (Prussian), and Austrian Empires. These divisions were known as Partitions. ... Prussia took parts of Great Poland in the First Partition of Poland in 1772.

As near as I can tell, this is a Soviet-era (80s?) restrike of an 1838 10 kopek. In all fairness, it could just be a Chinese fake - I really don't know how to tell.

Is Austria in Poland? The three partitions were conducted jointly by the Russian Empire, the Kingdom of Prussia and Habsburg Austria, resulting in the complete elimination of the Polish Crown. Austria acquired Polish lands during the First Partition of 1772, and Third Partition of Poland in 1795. 1511 Lithuania Poland , 1/2 Groat. Sigismund I :The Old. -
