It is Triggersmob's turn to host.

But it has been over two days, so I will make the call...

First to post can host. If not, can throw something into the oven and see if it bakes.

Going to do something different for this round.

Yet-Another-Forum-Game---Numismatic-Go-Fish!
Yet-Another-Forum-Game---Numismatic-Go-Fish!

Post any two coins from the same country with the same year.
  • Your two coins must be at least one year older than the previous poster, but not more than 25 years.
  • Your two coins must have the same or higher face value than the previous poster (all nations being equal), but not more than double.
  • Your two coins can have the same face value.

Starting with my example, next poster will need to post a pair of coins dated between 1889 and 1913 worth at least 0.06 and no more than 0.12 of that particular nations base currency (at the time of issue). When you post your coins, please give a similar summary for the next participant.

You will be allowed to play again after two people have posted coins. This will end when I have determined that the round has reached a stalemate. Last poster will win the round.

I hope this will go longer than three days.

Good luck!

For those who are using Chrome or Chromium based browsers (Edge, Opera, etc) and cannot see CCF Gallery images, please try this:

  • Click on the padlock in the address bar.

  • Click on site settings.

  • Under Permissions, scroll down to 'Insecure content' and set to Allow.

  • Reload the page and images should load.

This will only affect CCF. Mixed content will remain blocked on all other sites until you allow it.

For those who are using Firefox:

  • Click on the padlock in the address bar.

  • Click the down arrow where it says 'HTTPS-Only Mode' and select 'Off Temporarily'

  • Page will reload automatically

UK 1902 florin (24d)
Yet-Another-Forum-Game---Numismatic-Go-Fish!

UK 1902 farthing (1/4d)
Yet-Another-Forum-Game---Numismatic-Go-Fish!

That's 24.25d/(240d/1Ł) =0.101Ł.
0.06<0.101<0.12

next poster will need to post a pair of coins dated between 1877 and 1901 worth at least 0.10 and no more than 0.20 of that particular nations base currency (at the time of issue).

When you post your coins, please give a similar summary for the next participant.

Challenge accepted!
I can do many USA coins but I looked north.

1894 is the year, Canada cent and dime...
Equal to 11 cents face value...

Yet-Another-Forum-Game---Numismatic-Go-Fish! Yet-Another-Forum-Game---Numismatic-Go-Fish!
Next poster would have to have two coins dated 1868-1893 worth at least 20 cents and at most 50 cents...

Don't you mean 1869-1893 and 0.11-0.22 units?

Looks like it's going to be close as to whether or not I can get another post in

I guess my idea was not as brilliant as I thought it was.

To be clear, Dorado's post is participation only and does not count as it is .03 units too high.

The next poster will need do be minted between 1869-1893 and total 0.11-0.22 units.

I will let this go one more day.
