I looked through my collection and found many simplistic designs, but very few bare bones. I think this one can be considered bare bones

China, Northern Song dynasty, Chongning Zhongbao 10 cash (1103-1105)

That's Chongning (2nd era of Huizong, 1102-1106) / Heavy currency

I don't think this would qualify, the date and the arms are on the same side and the other side is blank... but it's probably the simplest I can think of offhand. Salzburg, zweier, 1517.

My most bare bones coin is this 1847 1 Fuang from Cambodia.
They are a uniface coin, so nothing on the other side.

I may have used it on 20Q, but not sure.

Not sure my coin should of won though.
It wasn't the first to be shown and has minimal points.

Give me some time now and I'll see what I can come up with.
