Sorry for the delay. Let's get back to basics! Japan Tempo nishu (1832-1858) Country 3 - Japan 2 - "Borders" Japan by a straight, unobstructed line across water 1 - Any other country (since I can't think of anything else for 1 point) Composition 3 - Electrum 2 - Other gold 1 - Other silver (including billon) Date minted (converted to Gregorian year) 3 - 1832-1858 AD (dated) or undated coin minted completely with this date range 2 - 1800s AD (dated) or undated coin minted only in the 1800s 1 - Other undated coin Shape 3 - Rectangular (including square) 2 - Other polygonal 1 - Other non-circular. Not including coins that were intended to be "circular," for example, hammered coins that are irregular circles. Scalloped shape would work here, though. Other points (1 each) - Denomination is 2 - Made of electrum that's 0.3 gold - Has one or more flowers (on this coin, the dots above the leaves are flowers) - Has a dotted border Maximum score is 16 points. Coins intended for circulation only.
