Iceland's coins are wonderful, jbuck!
From Numista:
"The obverse features the four traditional protector spirits ("Landvćttir") of Iceland. These are Griđungur the bull, Gammur the eagle, Dreki the dragon, and Bergrisi the giant."

And yes, a human is an animal.

Trig. needs to recalculate. And there is most likely 1 more point for the other side of that coin

It's Queen Elizabeth II, and triggersmob already has "human" on the reverse.

Wow, I don't think anyone will top triggersmob's entry! This round will be 3 days at 7:23 tonight, and unless someone crashes in with a higher score, trig will be declared the winner then.

I just did the last round, so if I win I will pass the reins to Jbuck. Unless Keith67 wants a go.

Might was well give it a go...

Post a pair of coins commemorating the same person or event.

The number of years between issue are the points. My example is four points.

In the event of a tie, the one with the oldest coin wins. If both have the same age, first poster wins.
