New round: show a coin, token, or medal based on a piece of art. Show the art (painting, sculpture, etc.) as well.

"The Wayfarer". Original painting by Hieronymus Bosch (ca. 1500).
Yet-Another-Forum-Game---Numismatic-Go-Fish!
Yet-Another-Forum-Game---Numismatic-Go-Fish!

Points:
A: The difference between year of art and year of coin/token/medal, divided by 10.
B: Coin/token/medal composition: base metal = 10, silver = 20, gold = 30.

In this case:
A = (1985 - 1500)/10 = 485/10 = 48.5 points.
B = 10 points.
Total: A+B = 58.5 points.

It doesn't have to be about winning, Keith. Just showing what you have is fun too.

Calling this art is a stretch, but I feel compelled to post it...

Excellent topic, NumisEd! By the way, 20 Questions seems to be about how well a person can navigate Numista and I don't play it.
I believe that sculpture is art, so my entry is this Mexico 5 Pesos from 1980. The reverse features Quetzalcoatl from the Temple of the Feathered Serpent in Teotihuacan, ca. 150-200 CE.

For the next round show your coins with people on one side of the coin.
For the first coin there must be only one person, second coin 2 people, third coin 3 people etc. How high can you go without a break?
1 point for just a head.
2 points for a person laying down
3 points for a seated person
4 points for a standing person
5 points for a flying person ( in a plane or angel etc)
Winner will be the person with the highest number of points wins.

Have fun.
