Just wanted to make sure you know it is a rotated reverse, note the die clash overlay up previously how lines of coat line up with the different Letters Of E PLURIBUS UNUM, thats what makes this one unique..

I'm confused on that how do you know it's rotated 10 degrees?

The two lines intersect the E and first you of UNUM on your coin. On the overlay they intersect with different points(letters) and points around the dome. I may be a bit other than exactly 10, but close,I'm estimating based upon compass cardinal points, on second look more like 20
