Thanks Hondo, I just got that krone in today. I wanted it to compare it to the 25 Ore of the same year.
I'm not quite sure what's going on with it though, you can see the diagonal lines that are mirrored on the reverse. laminations - bad alloy mix?

That's my vote. This coin has medal alignment so the lines on the obverse and reverse are actually parallel. I've seen this on quite a few coins - especially UK pennies from the early 20th century.
My Greenland 25 Ore is CuNi, while yours is "aluminium bronze" (can you tell that a Brit wrote this Numista description?) so it doesn't match.
Check out the improper alloy lines on this coin. It also has some slight laminations, which is not unexpected in such cases. Certainly worth the 50¢ I paid for it.

Thank you, Errers and GLB! I ran across another aluminum-bronze coin with the same issues as Dearborn's. Not as pronounced, and visible only on the reverse.
