Tibet 7½ Skar 1922 - snow lion on obverse, while Numista says this of the reverse: "Three fish with dots around, all surrounded by Tibetan characters". Well, they don't look fishlike enough for me to post them in the fish coin topic. And yes, the reverse should be rotated CCW by about 30 degrees.
