The Dutch 10C is slightly larger than a 3CS (15 mm vs. 14 mm). If you can find one of before 1940, it will be 640/1000 pure silver.

Nice coin. I have a 1955 Dutch 10 cent I was given by my father a few months ago. Mine is in a little worse grade but not to much.
