Charlotte was a release city back at the beginning, its a good a place as any to try, and likely better than most. I find mine from Ft. Lauderdale and it's Drop city adjacent. Order 5 boxes of quarters from PNC Bank last week and they decided not to to place the order. I received one box. Doesn't look promising but we will see when I get back home next week.
