Is this a standard circulation coin?

For those lurking
Gollum died on March 25, 2019
I didn't look up Yoda. but I think it was 1983

So date range is 2020-2022
until mrwhatisit changes his answer

Loonies question was a bit strange so a tad hard to answer... I did not know about 2019 (Gollum) or 1983 (Yoda), but the coin I chose is from earlier than that. I changed the answer to yes for Q1.

2.) Is this a standard circulation coin? Yes
