The set you guys narrowed it down to was the clad "empty leaves" Zodiac series with diameter of 27.2mm.

Somaliland actually issued 6 sets of zodiac coins in 2012. ("Full leaves" and "empty leaves" versions of a clad zodiac set, a bi-metallic zodiac set and a Chinese Zodiac set)

Luckily for all of us loonie asked if the diameter was greater than 27mm and not less, because a lot of them were 27mm exactly.

So they did. Bi-metallic question killed the other set.

Just out of interest, how was this coin incorrectly listed on Numista previously.

Some of the coins in the set were listed as NCLT and some were listed as circulating commemoratives. I suggested that they all should be either one or the other so they are now all listed as NCLT.

Found another gift in another town, got it, so I'm not grumpy anymore.
