There are only 6 categories joe,E1- are private issues, E2- are municipal issues, E3- are Prisoner of War issues, including private POW issues, E4- are transportaton issues, E5- are gas and electric utility tokens and E6- are porcelain issues. At least the date range should only be 1918-1948 |

If it was issued between 1921 and 1923 for example, it will most likely have a very high numerical value. It is most likely a E1 as it can't be porcelain and the utility one are definitely tokens.
