So if this coin does not weigh less than 15.55g it MUST weigh more than 4 grams. If this coin doesn't {weigh more than 4 grams and have diameter less than 33mm} the diameter MUST be 33mm or more! Summary after 6 questions and 1 revision: coin  not issued before 1912  not composed of gold or billon  not a token or pattern  not a proof or mint set only coin  weight is not less than 15.55 grams  diameter is not less than 33mm issued in a "real" country that is a member of the UN and therefore exists today
